We rely on your enrollment to set teams and schedules.

Therefore, tuition, fees and purchases of merchandise are non-refundable and non-transferable and must be paid in advance of the start of a season.

 

There are no refunds for withdrawal or missed sessions.

​In the event of adverse weather conditions (such as rain) that necessitate the cancellation of scheduled games or sessions, we will make every effort to reschedule or provide alternative activities. However, please note that refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to weather.

​

The only exception is the following: Enrollment for a league may be cancelled within 48 hours of enrollment prior to the start of the season or within the first 48 hours of the start of the season.

 

Refunds for this exception will be paid within 10 days after the cancellation and only for sessions remaining at the time of cancellation.

 

Private and group training sessions may be changed to another date if requested at least 24 hours in advance of the session.

 

Credit for a private or group training session will be valid for up to one year.
